ÜNDR Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By applying to become an ambassador for ÜNDR, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before applying.

2. Ambassador Responsibilities

As a ÜNDR Brand Ambassador, you agree to:

  • Promote ÜNDR products through your social media channels and other platforms.
  • Create and share content featuring ÜNDR products in a positive manner.
  • Comply with all guidelines and instructions provided by ÜNDR.

3. Content Creation

  • All content created as a part of the ambassador program must be original and should not infringe on any third-party rights.
  • Ambassadors must tag @undrrare in all posts related to ÜNDR and use the provided hashtags.

4. Compensation and Benefits

  • Ambassadors will receive compensation as outlined in the ambassador agreement, which includes:
    • $1 per ambassador recruited into the brand. (Recruit must stay and be compliant with the guidelines to receive payment)
    • $5 per sale, with potential to increase to $10 per sale based on performance.
    • Compensation of $50-$100 for high-quality photos of ÜNDR clothing/models, based on the performance of the post on social media, with the ambassador’s consent to use the photos for promotion.
  • Ambassadors can earn money without purchasing clothes from ÜNDR. Many have made $50+ just by sharing, reposting, and promoting our brand.
  • Featuring photos of ambassadors wearing ÜNDR clothes on our official brand page can significantly increase earning potential.
  • Ambassadors can earn free clothes: every 3 sale commissions under $25 equals 1 free item of choice under $20.
  • The program offers growth opportunities, including potential for modeling or influencer pursuits as the brand expands.

5. Confidentiality

  • Ambassadors agree to keep any non-public information about ÜNDR confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, marketing plans, new product information, and pricing details.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Any content created for ÜNDR remains the property of ÜNDR. Ambassadors grant ÜNDR the right to use, repost, and share content created as part of the ambassador program.
  • Ambassadors may not use ÜNDR’s logos, trademarks, or other intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Termination

  • ÜNDR reserves the right to terminate the ambassador agreement at any time, with or without cause.
  • Ambassadors may also terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to ÜNDR.

8. Compliance with Laws

  • Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and marketing laws.
  • Ambassadors are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their participation in the ambassador program.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • ÜNDR is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the ambassador program.

10. Modifications

  • ÜNDR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Ambassadors will be notified of any changes.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
